Location

The Vineyards is a beautiful, family neighborhood in Columbia, Missouri, comprising more than 70 acres just minutes southeast of the intersection of Interstate 70 and Highway 63.

The main entrance to The Vineyards-Plat 1, where both the neighborhood clubhouse and pool are located, is Stone Mountain Parkway, accessible off East Broadway (Highway WW). The main entrance to The Vineyards-Plat 2 is Columbia Gorge Parkway, accessible off South Rolling Hills Road (just off East Broadway).

About the area:
The City of Columbia — home not only to the University of Missouri's flagship campus but also to Columbia College and Stephens College — sits about halfway between Kansas City and St. Louis. The region's level 1 trauma center, University Hospital, sits on the Mizzou campus, about 10 minutes from The Vineyards. The city's thriving downtown, called The District, also is about 10 minutes west of The Vineyards.

The state's capital, Jefferson City, is an easy 30-minute drive south of The Vineyards. In fact, several of our residents work there.

The Lake of the Ozarks, a major outdoor recreational and shopping area in the state, is an easy drive of less than 90 minutes southwest of The Vineyards.
